More epic in scale. Bigger in world building. Non-stop action. A little less polished in the VFX, a brutalist vengeful tale of blood and gore.Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga expands the world a lot and introduces interesting military dynamics between characters we are already familiar with.It doesn’t really stand alone as a movie, the story builds up very much like part 1 of Fury Road and ends precisely in a mid-note non-ending to tie it up nicely with Theron’s Furiosa. The movie is most enthralling in its set pieces design and inventive action scenes. They are long but never dull. Characters are constantly dying, adding to the suspense of no one is getting out of this alive. A bullet could fly by any second.Furiosa is not a perfect movie especially in the structure, I would prefer it not to be divided in chapters with less fade to black treatments. The music this time around is also more minimalistic. Fury Road seems to have more memorable bits. But in terms of epicness and set pieces, Mad Max is building up to be another memorable franchises like Dune and Avatar.Verdict: 86
