This is a tiny gem that is going unnoticed by many.This film has a great cast: Forest Whitaker , Zoe Saldana, Wilem Defoe and a menacing Woody Harrelson and of course Batman - Christian Bale who is just barely giving in himself to fury about his brother.All set in a gloomy and poor small town district of Pennsylvania , this film has plenty of characterization and shows plenty of metaphors why it's called Out of the Furnace1. Bale's give in to his fury (furnace)2. Bale's brother's failed attempt to get out of his situation3. Impending closing of the steel millWarning: it's a slow moving movie but you don't feel bored. Must see this week!

故事兄弟情寫得入肉。兄弟路向不同，但互相影響。為了兄弟，可以去到咁盡。睇完內心有種激盪。

好鍾意男主角,佢除了做batman外,做呢d角色好岩佢，好做到陰沉的感覺。那份執著，那份無奈，感覺好強烈。

故事好有反思。生活的失意出發，掙扎。看到人性的一面。各演員都做到那份真實感，值得一看

故事好有feel，男主角做得好好，那份情好有感染力。報仇中充滿美學的一部戲。
